OASIS Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) TC

In the arch spec, we're describing the different rules for @id uniqueness, value restrictions, requirements, etc.

I want to say "see the lang spec for element-specific declarations"....

Do I need to add a note that the dtd rule when there is a conflict between the dtds and the lang spec?

I don't think such a statement is needed where you are working.

A general statement along these lines should be inclued somewhere, perhaps as part of the conformance statement.

And, of course, if there shouldn't be any conflicts between the DTDs, the Arch Spec. and the Language Spec. If we know of some, we should fix something.
