Don, I did notice that most rules apply to output, so there are probably
few recommendations to implement in the structure itself.

I can volunteer for the guideline review, but next week, only. I am on
vacation, starting tomorrow up to Tuesday. So, if the task force can't
be put together this week, count me in for next week.
