Based on feedback from the TC and from Kris, I’ve posted an update to the Stage 3 proposal. I’ve added deprecation statements for @print. Kris also suggested making the subjectScheme for the deliveryTarget values into an example in the subjectScheme topic, rather than a separate appendix, which I thought was a good idea. I also corrected references to the UI domain in the header comments for the domain declarations. There is no functional change to the proposal.
