Greetings! This is basically the 'post-it-note' phase of setting up a document, except I'm using topics instead of post-its. It's always easier to dissect something or come up with better ideas if you have a skeleton to work with. This is not a 'draft' of the document, it's just the start for people to see something instead of just talking about it. I've proposed a bit of organization, and tried to toss explanations of the intentions of the topics in the short descriptions.
