  • 1.  Confusing sentence on p. 78 of DITA 1.2 spec CD03

    Hi everyone,
    
    Page 78 of the CD03 PDF file says, "Because some translation software
    does not permite translators to add elements, the absence of the
    @xml:lang element from the source language may result in higher
    administrative costs for translation."
    
    Unless I'm missing something really big, there is no xml:lang element.
    There is only an xml:lang attribute, right?

    Permit is spelled wrong in the draft spec.
