    Comtech Services, Inc. has successfully implemented Committee Specification 01 of the OASIS DITA Version 1.3 specification, dated 19 August 2015, as part of multiple client projects, in accordance with the Troubleshooting
    topic types as described in Section 2.5.3 of the specification.
