Kristen Eberlein added the following comment to the dita_specs_master_topic_list.xls document in the OASIS Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) TC Group.

Can this file be set so that it can be modified by other than Gershon? Perhaps it should be added to the Subversion repository.
