    The package includes some minor updates and bug fixes.
    
    - Updated XML catalog for the XML Schemas
    - The name of the XML Schema catalog file changes from catalog-dita.xml  to
    catalog-dita-xsd.xml.
    - Added a text version of the catalogs (TR9401 or SGML Open catalogs)
    - Bug fixes in the Learning specialization XSDs
    - Updates in the Machinery Task specialization (renamed and moved
    machinery/miTaskDomain to technicalContent/taskRequirementsDomain)

    Draft implementation of the DITA 1.2 XML Schemas.
    
    The package includes a URN based (requiring XML catalogs), TR9401 or SGML
    Open catalogs and  URL based (for development purposes) schemaLocation
    values.
    
    The file _Updates.txt within the package contains a list of included
    features. This file will be included with each draft until the changes are
    complete.
