OASIS Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) TC

I have drafted the Stage 3 proposal for 13118, Ruby markup. I need reviewers. This one is a little more involved because it defines a new domain with 3 element types. But it's still pretty simple. The trickiest part is describing the rules for constructing <ruby> elements, since the rules as defined in HTML5 can't be directly expressed using DTD declarations.
