I am still working on the rendering with the oxygen folks, but what is the purpose of the PDF? Are we actively using it as part of the review process, or is it meant to be a record of the comments?

Attached is a PDF generated using XSL:FO with the Oxygen show.changes.and.comments parameter set to yes .

It shows all the review comments, but it is not very usable.

Scott, maybe you can see if HTML rendered with that parameter gives us something better? It d be great to get a single HTML file.

We MUST be able to archive the comments from a review, just as we have done with the reviews that we have conducted in DITAweb. To see what we archive from DITAweb, look at any of the PDFs from those reviews. See
    https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/202204/msg00015.html

We do also need a way for spec editors to track whether they have addressed ALL the comments. So, far it looks as if having reviewers use <draft-comment> elements to which spec editors can add @disposition attributes will help with this.
It s more cumbersome than in DITAweb, however. Look at the native DITAweb functionality for the following:

Assigning a status to a comment Sorting on comments assigned a specific status

DITAweb and Content Fusions are two very different review tools.

    Best,
    Kris
