    For those who follow legal rulings related to IPR and patents, the Supreme 
Court this week ruled on a case (KSR vs. Teleflex). Basically, the ruling 
changes the rules making it tougher to prove that a technology isn't 
obvious, one of the key hurdles for getting and defending a patent.
