Disaster 
Management Interoperability Services (DMIS) has Implemented a new web 
service interface that allows the sharing of content characterized by the EDXL 
Distribution Element between Collaborative Operations Groups (COGs) connecting 
to the Open Platform for Emergency Networks OPEN.  For further information 
on using the EDXL DE on OPEN please contact Gary Ham, External Systems 
Interoperability Coordinator for the Disaster Management Program, . (Contact
