I do not object to what Tom is saying, but we sould not delay working on
Distribution to work on other things.  It is an important concept,
regardless of its currel level of "immaturity" or not.  If we delay, we
risk multiple stovepipes of distribution, all using different
structuures and processes.  Net result, the first garbage that provides
any value will take root to the extent that a quality standard has no
chance.  Microsoft rules by being first not by being best.
