    Dear Chet,   The items below relate to the front page(s) of the document that I understand you will take care of now that our vote is complete for Committee Specification Public Review Draft (CSPRD) has successfully completed:   1.       URIs added to cover page 2.       Date will be changed to the date of the successful vote for CSD for public review 3.       Additional front page matter: a.        Technical  Committee: OASIS Emergency Management Technical Committee b.       Chair:  Elysa Jones, Individual c.        Editors: Greg Trott, Australian Government Attorney-General’s Department Elysa Jones, Individual d.       Related work:  This specification is related to:  Common Alerting Protocol v1.2 CAP Logo and Guidance document as per our discussion e.        Declared XML Namespace: urn:oasis:names:tc:emergency:cap:1.2:profile:CAP-AU:1.0 4.       We understand you will check on the discrepancy in the date for the OASIS copyright which is 2012 in the Notices and 2011 in the footer of the WD template. 5.       The TC recommends a public review to start as soon as possible and conclude on 20 January 2012.   The notes where we voted can be found at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency/download.php/44588/Draft%20Meeting%20Notes%2012-9-11.doc   The zip file document that was voted can be found at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency/download.php/44587/edxl-cap1%202-au-v1%200-wd03.zip   Thank you for your help in getting this work posted for Public Review.   Kind regards,   Elysa Jones, Chair OASIS EM-TC

Please enter this information into the TC Admin request forms for me: - Request to create a committee specification draft at: http://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/committee-specification-draft-creation-upload-request and - Request for a 30 day public review at: http://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/30-day-committee-specification-draft-public-review-request I will take care of everything below in preparing the public review copy and getting it announced to members.
