Technical Advisory Board (TAB)

Here is a proposed update of the latest certification draft ( currently posted on Google docs).   I did the update off-line because of rather substantial additions (and a doc reorg). I imported some styles (for headings) and also because of several large additions that I wanted to diff from the draft in google doc, along with a reorg of content.   So, easier to evaluate these updates in contrast with latest draft. See the diffs in the attachment (and the new TOC).      We still need more content in my view, although not much. Well done, gentlemen.  Any ETA on when this excellent document can be circulated with the Board? Can we share for the next face to face, in which case Chet will represent your views?
