Scott,   The statement “ The  OASIS TAB  identifies opportunities and areas for standardization within the Consortium that are beneficial for the entire community.” is NOT in line with our current charter: https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tab/charter.php so needs to be rephrased accordingly. Scott, I will look more closely at the document tomorrow but I am assuming that there will be some expectation of a nomination before the election is actually called? Thinking it would not look good to call an election and have no one run for the office. Hope you are having a great week! Scott,   At today’s TAB meeting we passed a motion to request you to change a paragraph of text  in the election plan. At the top of page 2, the TAB would like the first paragraph to be replaced with text that is on the TAB web page. Specifically, replace:   “ The  OASIS TAB  identifies opportunities and areas for standardization within the Consortium that are beneficial for the entire community. TAB members advise the OASIS Board of Directors on the Consortium's technical agenda and on interoperability and alignment issues: they also encourage activities to address those issues. OASIS TAB members possess the technical understanding to articulate relationships between the wide range of current standards work and the strategic vision to map the future technical direction of the Consortium.” with:     "The OASIS Technical Advisory Board (TAB) advises the OASIS Board of Directors, staff, and membership on matters related to the technical agenda of OASIS.
