Patrick - great idea. Perhaps as part of our brainstorming, we can come up with a list of more of these that we could do. On this one... - a box around or rule above and below the screen shots would help me. It would signal screen shot without my having to read the description and also make clear where the screen shot ends which is a less visually clear than the start - "if you know the correct URLs..." - what if you don't. Can we give any advice on how to find them by name or subject matter? -I think you can drop the sentence "On the next page, just showing the text box and the results of choosing “go” we illustrate the use of the W3C Bibliography Generator." and just go straight into the example. "For example, let's create a citation..." - Rather than saying "Even though you and I both know..." - some folks (e.g. me) don't know that. I would just state that xxx superseded yyy.
