    Chet, This took longer than I thought it would. ;-) Nuances when you make the mistake of reading the licenses. Hell, just check yes and go on! Anyway, I have attached PDF and ODF versions of the document. Hopefully I got most of the terminology correct. No bets on that but I think it illustrates the issue you were asking about at the last TAB meeting. Hope you are having a great week!     Neat little diagram that Patrick wiped up to show the flow of licensing for TCs and Open Projects.
