Changes have been made to this Committee Draft since its last public review. The description of the changes can be inspected at

The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process [2]. The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification or Note [3]. The ballot can be inspected at
