repository.
Document Description:
Updated version, addressing all of Jamie, Mary, and other folks comments
and non-scatalogical suggestions.
Restructured, renamed (as it now includes required [minimal] metadata for
OASIS artifacts, rehabbed, and retuned. Cleaned up typography, and made it
[more] consistent.
There's now a summary table in Appendix C that makes it easier to tell
what's required.
Yet to do: thorough review. Confirm complete coordination with new TC
Process and IPR Policy. Update the grammer (waiting on review of the rest).
Simplify naming for schemas, etc.
Look for the string "TODO" for internal notes.
Acrobat and Word version uploaded.
