The document named LegalXML  Blue Requirements 
(wd-LegalXML-Requirements-04.doc) has been submitted by Eric Tingom to the
OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing TC document repository.

Document Description:
Important notes:
1.	Latest version of Blue Requirements.  

2.	I will be re-factoring several areas after the Face to Face

3.	Use Case notation will become more formal following Alistar Cockburn
methods described in his book Writing Effective Use Cases. 

4.	I will continue to work on the Electronic Service and Court Policy
requirements. 

5.	Please have all comments on these documents completed by February 18th,
2005 by 5:00 p.m. -7 G.M.T.  Any comments received will then be
incorporated for the Salt Lake Face to Face.
