The Information Exchange Package Documentation for Electronic Court Filing
3.0 is ready for final review by the TC.  It includes the domain model and
GJXDM mapping, GJXDM subset, ECF extensions, and sample instances for all
messages.  The WSDL will be posted separately.

Please provide any final comments on the IEPD by Thursday, October 27.
