Eduardo, 

That is the first time I have seen confirmation of that. 

Up until now I had only received feedback to the contrary. 

It is indeed very good news that OASIS TCs can adopt this approach and
policy. 

I may hestitate to offer this is something of a breakthrough here! 

Thanks for the clarification - I will indeed re-read the policy
documents in light of this and re-visit my understanding and just
sanity-check to make sure I'm not misconstruing other items as well.
