ISSUES DISCUSSED:
- Tim
have explained changes has been done to the core components with reference
from WCO and UNTETD
- Voyage
ID has been changed to Journey ID based on model from WCO and UNTETD
- Several
new properties, attributes and components have been added into the
consignment model based on the WCO data model for customs declaration.
- Pink
coloured classes exist in existing UBL. White coloured classes are from
Transport Component Document.
- Attributes
with scope “#” exist in UBL 1.0, attributes with scope
“-“ are proposed new attributes in UBL 2.0
- Transport
service’s receipt/delivery load code has been replaced with Receipt
fullness that is found in Transport Equipment to indicate FCL and LCL
- Goods
Item Type.
- Free
On Board Value, Customs declared Value, etc. has been added to shipment
level to allow such values to be grouped at the shipment level.
- Shipment
has additional first arrival and last exit port for customs purpose.
- Shipment
Stage has additional Pre-Carriage and On Carriage Indicator, Transport
Means has been created to contain the Journey ID for the different various
transportation mean.
- Andy
suggested to add additional information to include latitude and longitude
for Location class. Tim suggested that multiple coordinate component from
UBL will be used so as to represent an area. Location coordinate shall be
used as a supplement.
- Temperature
has been added to Goods Item to indicate whether the item requires
refrigeration etc.
- id/ Aircraft id to be added for air transport mean to
uniquely identify the aircraft being used.
- Tim
highlighted that attributes like gross weight in FI for example should be
removed as it is represented in the Consignment model.
- Additional
role for party to include agent, to allow any party to have an agent to
act on behalf of that party.
- Additional
party like exporter and importer added in data model.
- Liliaun
suggests to add a Party to Transport Means class as it is common to all
type of transport.
ACTION ITEMS:
- CY
to work on updating data modal for Forwarding Instructions, WayBill, Bill
of Lading.
- CrimsonLogic
will create new model for the additional documents for discussion.
- Members
will review the updated model by Tim.
