Yes, this was my comment - just how XML Schema can now support non-
validated attributes.
This raises my next question....
Will this TC develop a set of Requirements that represent the needs
of the communities?
This way we know what problem(s) we are trying to solve and have a
common understanding of
the technical options that may address these.
(This may have been covered in the teleconference....sorry for
repeating it...)
