Here are the files for the 2nd public review of genericode:

    Specification (ODF):
    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/25616/oasis-code-list-representation-genericode.odt
    Specification (PDF):
    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/25617/oasis-code-list-representation-genericode.pdf
    Genericode Schema:
    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/25585/genericode.xsd
    XML Namespace Schema:
    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/25618/xml.xsd

I haven't included an HTML version of the specification. At whatever
stage we decide that we have to have one, it will just be HTML that is
exported from OpenOffice and then tweaked in any way that Mary recommends.

Here are the substantive changes to the genericode Schema and
specification since the 1st public review (according to my change log):

    * Changed 'xml:lang' attribute to 'Lang', to fix incorrect usage of
    'xml:lang'.
    * Added 'xml:base' to Schema for use with location URIs.
    * Replaced 'rule:type' attributes in Schema documentation with 'rule:text'
elements, to avoid problems with some Schema validators that don't ignore
attributes in non-Schema namespaces as they should.
    * Added conformance rules about references to external documents.
    * Added conformance rules to cover data types and data tyep validation.
    * Reviewed all of the conformance rules embedded in the Schema (these are
reproduced in the specification) and made minor improvements to the text.
    * Renamed 'CodeList.xsd' to 'genericode.xsd'.
    * Updated examples to match the latest Schema.
    * Added text to the specification to clarify that genericode is not
designed for use as a run-time lookup format for codes.
    * Added text to the specification to describe the two namespace URIs used
    in the genericode Schema.
    * Added a subsection on conformance rules at the end of section 4.
    * Numbered and categorised the conformance rules.
    * Extended code list sets so that they can contain not only references to
code lists, but also references to code list sets and inline embedded code
    list sets.

    Cheers, Tony.
