With thanks to Mary McRae, the genericode 1.0 specification is now
mounted in both the "latest approved" directory:

        http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/ContextValueAssociation/

... as well as the committee specification directory:

        http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/cs01-ContextValueAssociation-1.0/

Many thanks to all who helped pull this together and review the results.

p.s. forgive me for not making this announcement much earlier when
    the files were actually posted

Please forgive my mistake, I was thinking "I should do the same as I
did for genericode" at the time and I should have announced that it
is the context/value association 1.0 specification that is now mounted.
