    The rationale part of the MOX charter is kind of light:
     
    >ability to discover and compose services based on semantic analysis or mapping
     
    motivated by:
     
    >to enable Telecom providers to guarantee Service Level Agreements (SLAs...
     
    Based on these legitimate goals, one would expect more argumentation in favor of the approach described at length, compared to what WSQM (another OASIS TC) is doing, and also references to SLA-related mark-up work (WSLA...)

    Given the broader audience for the proposal, saying "...to enable
    Telecom providers" seems narrow; certainly this is a specific use case,
    but can you state a broader use case as well?

    The comparison to illuminate the differences will make this a stronger charter.

    I agree with Jacques' other comments, and extended to a coordination with the SOA-EERP TC as well.
