Yes, I think we should all be at the same hotel, and based on my research
the rate is fine. I am going to try to bundle all of our nights and get a
better rate, we will see?

I've talked to Dee about the budget, we should be fine. We might be
able to provide passes to presenters but we might be tight if we have to
pay for their travel. We have to deal with it on a case by case basis.
Please make your own travel arrangements and let Dee know the dates that
you'll be staying in Barcelona so she can book hotels on our behalf. As
for conference registration, Dee will be taking care of it.
