Hi, In advance of your meeting on 6/21, please see the attached  Spending Report which includes updated information on your available funds.  Your annual allocation has increased to  $17,926 and I have included an extra $2500 in the spending  plan update to bring your budget from $13,560 to $17,509.   I plan on calling in.  I also have a suggestion for a new meeting site.  We use Lucid Meetings for some of our calls here in the office  and thought it might be a better tool to use for minutes, attendance, etc.  Elysa,  I would like to take a few minutes to talk to you about  Lucid meetings to discuss the benefits of using this tool.   Please let me know when is a good time.   Best,  Cathie  -- Catherine Mayo Controller OASIS Open 781-425-5073  x21 2 Attachment: May18 MS Emergency Spending Report 2018.06.08.pdf Description: Adobe PDF document

Hi Cathie,   Thank you for the updated spending plan.  We look forward to you joining our call next week.  I am delighted to see the additional funds for new MS folks!  I think we should also have EMUNET and http://www.interieur.gouv.fr/ who are new members.  Please check with Dee on these.  Also as I look at the list and the TC members, I don’t see Environment Canada, Intermedix and others.  I will ask Dee to look into these (as well as AT&T, State Courts and others we should reach out to).   I’m available for a short call on Lucid this morning before 9CT.  I’m up for anything that makes our meetings/minutes more efficient as long as we don’t disrupt folks ingrained in how we do things today
