Hi Everyone, I reached out to Julie on Thursday, but didn't hear back about pre-registration numbers. I just noticed that she replied to a message from Elysa that we have 5 attendees. Any chance we might be able to connect this week to discuss plans? Elysa asked if we could send a message about the workshop to their pre-registered community. It would also be good to add information about the workshop -- including speakers, etc. We also need to work on the booth materials. Attached is the last rollup banner created for the group. Do we want to print this up again or are changes required? Please let me know if the group is free to discuss this week. Yes, I would like very much to have a meeting this week. What times are you all available tomorrow, Tuesday? Also, Jane can you find out how many registrations we get with our booth? Also if speakers for our pre-conference training day will get a registration. We are going to work on a message that will include our member Mike Gerber from the national weather service. He will be on our agenda and will also encourage additional participation. We just need to update our abstract and get the word out. Let me know when a call will work.
