    Emergency StC Members,

The final version of the DE Basics White Paper can be found at

I have removed it from the StC site and it will remain on the EM-TC 
site at this address.

Many thanks to Jeff for drafting this document and seeing it 
through.  We look forward to the increased understanding of the
