The DE Basics White Paper is complete.  The final version put into 
the OASIS White Paper Template and with a couple of editorial changes 
can be found at

which is in the EM-TC Documents Outreach folder.

The Adoption TC, Emergency Member Section and others can provide 
links to this location for the document which is publicly 
accessible.  It would be good for both TCs and the MS to coordinate 
on how the posting is done on our home page, etc.  I will put this on 
the agenda for our next meeting.  We need to put some thought into it 
as this is the first of several similar documents that will be 
developed.  A topic for the document and collaterals SC of the 
Adoption TC also.

Many thanks to Jeff Waters for drafting and the IF-SC for review and 
comments.  Please use this document freely to aid in the 
understanding and promote the use of the EDXL-DE.
