The outline consists of an OASIS booth, Standards Round-up (with a minimum of five participants), and a reception. As discussed, a fee will be applied to all Round-up participants to help cover the costs. The participant fee will cover the benefits associated with their Round-up participation (highlighted in the attached document). Below is a list of all the other expenses that will not be covered under this fee. In order to move forward with the plan, the EI Member Section would have to cover the below expenses. So, I’d like to ask the StC to please review the below and attached outline and forward comments. Any and all feedback is welcomed!
