Jane, As we discussed during our Steering Committee call, I would like to have approved a slight change in plans for my travel to ISCRAM. Since we did not have a quorum on our call, you can send this explanation out for approval. We also discussed that since this addition should not push the travel expense over that already authorized, it should not be held up. I’ve been asked to speak in Geneva at the WSIS Forum 2013. The cities (Baden-Baden and Geneva) are a 3 hour train ride apart. The additional train fare is $160eu each way.
