    Hi Andrzej,
    
    Thanks for an interesting document. I have a question:
    
    The markup you are suggesting is only applied to the <target> segment,
    before it is translated. What happens with this markup once the content has
    been translated? Does it simply disappear? Would it not be useful to know
    which specific terms were suggested and which were actually used, e.g.
    during review of the translation? If so, how could that information be
    preserved/represented?
    
    I also noticed that the copyright information may need updating.
