OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC

Hi David, all, Just asking for confirmation: we did decided to drop the translate attribute in <segment>, right? I'm asking for confirmation because I'd like to update my implementation and this is a major change throughout the code and test files, so I don't want to do it if it's not sure yet. If it's sure, then I'd like to implement it soon to be sure there are no implementation side effects we have not though about. Thanks, -yves
