The XLIFF TC is ready to commense the peer review process of the XLIFF 1.1 Committee Specification in preparatio for submission to the OASIS Standards Review process.  I've attached to this mail the Word Document announcement text - its content differs from previously sent announcements and supercedes all.

Please "cc:"  the following individuals / organisations when sending the peer review announcement to OASIS members:

ulrich@localizationinstitute.com
I will be on vacation starting tomorrow (Friday,  8 Aug) through 30 August,  so in my absence please contact Yves Savourel (ysavourel@translate.com),  David Pooley (DPooley@sdlintl.com),  or John Reid (jreid@novell.com) for any issues relating to the peer review.
