OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC

Hi everyone, Back in May we started to look at the way to register fragment ID prefixes for extensions. There is a straw man proposal here: https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/201405/msg00014.html It would be nice to make some progress on this before the end of the specification comment period so the procedure is in place when we go to the final ballot.
