Dear all,   Sorry for all the emails that you have received since yesterday. Thank you all who have contributed to the design the questionnaire. It is now ready to start collecting Statements of Use. Here is the official link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XLIFF2SOU Please feel free to send it to your contacts.   I will be checking Survey Monkey twice a day and talking to the respondents so they can send their final set of answers (the pdf that the SM generates) to the official comment list. Just to clarify, only non-members need to send the pdf through the comments list.
