thanks for your feedback. The schema erroneously used local imports.
I just uploaded a version in which this is fixed for all cases but the
ETSI TSL schema. While this schema is available in a .zip-file, which is attached
to the standard document, it seems that it is not available for download directly.
I provided a comment in the schema and uploaded the schema to our site, such
that at least OASIS members may directly obtain it from there.
Considering the XML-Spy-Header it seems to me that Juan Carlos has been involved
in the standardization of the TSL at ETSI. Juan Carlos, could you get in contact
with ETSI to see whether they could provide the schema in a directly downloadable
form?
