Colleagues,

When you submit a document to the OASIS Kavi repository, an e-mail is 
sent reporting its location in the following form: 
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xacml/download.php/<doc#>/<doc-name>

This URL is only accessible to members of the TC.  Assuming your 
submission checked the box saying the document should be publicly 
available, there is another URL to this document that is publicly 
accessible:

   Change "/apps/org/workgroup/xacml" to "/committees"

Example:

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xacml/download.php/18813/access_control-xacml-3.0-administration-wd-11.zip

becomes:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/18813/access_control-xacml-3.0-admininstration-wd-11.zip
