One of the initial things I think we should work on as a complete group is
the Domain Model. Those of you who participate in SAML will know what I am
talking about. For those of you who don't, the Domain Model is a
non-normative description of the various components that will make up a
system, their names, and their interactions. One of the important thing
about a Domain Model is that it serves as a common reference point around
which the various subcommittee's can coordinate. In my opinion, SAML didn't
really start to make progress until we got the Domain Model worked out (with
Kudos to Hal Lockhart and Dave Orchard).
I would be willing to put together a straw man XACML Domain Model by 6/1.
Anyone who would like to assist is more than welcome . . .
