Colleagues,

I have uploaded a new draft 04 of the XACML Profile for SAML 2.0
into the repository at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/8832/SAML_Profile.zip
The zip file contains the specification in PDF and OpenOffice
formats and the two associated SAML extension schemas.

There is a separate copy of just the PDF format file at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/8831/oasis-xacml-profile-saml-wd-04.pdf

This draft adds 3 new Sections for addressing how to populate
elements in saml:Assertion (Issuer, Signature, Subject,
Conditions), Request (Issuer, Signature), and Response (Issuer,
Signature, StatusCode).  I have followed TC guidance on such
matters as not requiring the Issuer and Signature to match.  The
StatusCode mappings used here were sent to the list a couple of
weeks ago, but have received no comments.

This is a candidate for the CD vote on 16 September 04, so review
by all TC members is encouraged.
