I have just sent Michiharu an updated copy of the XACML
Conformance Test Suite to be posted to the XACML TC web site.

This update has the following:
1) Fixed numbering in *Policy.xml for IIC074 - IIC081
2) Added Satoshi's Testcases for non-mandatory functions
   I have created test cases for XPath-based functions (Appendix A 14.13).
   Please add them to Section III G.
3) Test cases for Attribute Selector
   I have created test cases for Attribute Selector.
   Please add them to Section III F.

2, and 3 are marked EXPERIMENTAL.
