    Members of the XACML TC, The Special Majority ballot to approve eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) Version 3.0 as a Candidate OASIS Standard has passed. The ballot required a minimum of 9 votes to pass and you had 11. You can find the ballot results at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=2288 . TC Administration will now publish the COS to the OASIS Library and begin the 60 day public review in preparation for a membership-wide OASIS Standard ballot. TC Admin JIRA tcket https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1067 has been started to manage this work. We'll let you know when the COS is ready.     Chet, After looking at the TC Process and the Admin request forms, I am wondering if what you said below is correct. I agree that the next step is for you guys to create a COS and post it to the docs server. However don't we need to provide the submission materials (TC Process section 3.4.1 a-k) prior to the Public Review? And if not, why does the submission request ask us how many days of review (over 60) that we want? Hal >

    No, you're right. My goof. I am qc'ing the COS now.
