OASIS eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) TC

The commenter does not think the non-xml resource functionality of the 
profile is useful.

I disagree. It specifies how the identities of ancestors are to be 
included in the request so it is possible to use ancestor identifiers in 
policies so policies can apply to sections of hierarchies of resources. 
We should keep these pieces and not split up the profile.

So I propose that we do nothing.
