Colleagues - I looked (briefly) into techniques for ensuring that Expression
does not become an extensibility point, and (as far as I can tell) there
isn't a way to do it.  It seems you can prevent people (including ourselves)
extending it.  But, we actually want to extend it.  We can't have "one law
for ourselves and another for everyone else".  We'll just have to state it
in the text.

Let me know if you think I have got this wrong.
