Colleagues,

The XACML 2.0 package OASIS Standard ballot now has 56 "yes" votes, with 
55 being the required 15%.  There are no "no" votes.

Companies can change their votes up until the end of the voting period, 
so this number does not guarantee approval as a standard.  Some 
companies always seem to wait until the last minute to vote, and some of 
them might vote "no".
