I have posted an updated version of the XACML References document to
http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/xacml_refs.html  Note the new location
- it is not in the repository.  This is to allow people like Robin Cover
to have a stable URL for the document and the sections in it like
#Products.  OASIS is planning a more standard mechanism to handle the
need for fixed URLs, but for now this is the solution.

The new version has several new papers and a new adopter: Layer 7
Technologies.  I also fixed some stale links - links to all papers
referenced back through the beginning of 2004 should be OK.

If anyone runs across other adopters that are not on the list
(http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/xacml_refs.html#Products), please let
me know for the next update.
